What causes the sole of the feet to have a continuous tingling itchy sensation for approximately 2 months now?
Periodically over the last year my feet have been itchy in the evenings especially at bed time. What could be causing the problem?

Possible allergy: Itching of the palms and soles may be some sort of allergic reaction to something internal or external. Take notice to see when it happens. Do you get this reaction on exposure to heat or cold for example? In the meantime try taking an antihistamine as needed.
