How is dry cough? I have an itchy feeling in my breathing pipe near my lungs and it forced me to cough 5 or 6 times a day, should I worry?

Maybe: Cough is a reflex mechanism that aids your immune system to get rid of any possible "pathogens" that can affect your immune system. Most coughing stops after 7-14 days. If it persists you need to get evaluated. If you are very worried then make an appointment sooner. Good luck. Sounds normal: The tracheal area of the front of the neck is very sensitive, which makes sense since there are a lot of important structures around there. Pressing on that area is supposed to trigger an unpleasant sensation and a cough. I don't think there is anything wrong. ...Read more
