I have been experiencing an odd tingling itchy feeling in my right chest area and straight thought to my shoulder. When touched if feels like a burn. ?

Evertime I run, exercise or do any effort I feel itchy and my chest, arms, back and forehead goes red (Very annoying feeling), any cure?
You may have: Exercise induced histamine release(one of the allergic hormones). In more severe cases you can develop exercise induced hives, so called cholinergic urticaria. Alternative, if you use specific clothing only for exercise, you could be reacting to that too. You might consider using an OTC antihistamine trial prior to exercise to see if that helps. Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream. You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above.
