You may have: Exercise induced histamine release(one of the allergic hormones). In more severe cases you can develop exercise induced hives, so called cholinergic urticaria. Alternative, if you use specific clothing only for exercise, you could be reacting to that too. You might consider using an OTC antihistamine trial prior to exercise to see if that helps. Hydration: You may be partly dehydrated. Drink enough water so that your urine is colorless and do this on a regular basis. It will also help with the dry cough. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Up the treatment: I see in your medication list that you are taking Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) an h1 antihistamine, and were prescribed a steroid cream. You can try an over the counter h2 antihistamine Loratadine along with the above. You may need to be switched from the steroid cream to steroids by mouth, so a followup with your doctor would be the next step. If you have lip/mouth symptoms, go to Emergency Dept. ...Read more

Sounds viral: Your complaints sound to be viral in nature. Sometimes aches and pains can be present for days to weeks after a viral illness. If symptoms continue for another weeks or so i would see a physician. Other symptoms to be watchful for include fevers, return of the rash, swelling or warmth to the joints for example to name a few.
