Itchy red bumps: Rashes that are red, itchy, raised and spread can be hives (urticaria) although it is easier to view them directly. It can be helpful to take a photo (to document), not all the circumstances surrounding onset of rash (diet, exercise, medications, stings/bites, fever, other symptoms, etc) to try to pinpoint trigger. Antihistamines like zyrtec (cetirizine) help with itching. See doc if continue or worsen...
I've been having breakouts all over my body. It started at the shoulders and spread from there. The breakout areas are clusters of red itchy bumps.
Acne? Pityrosporum?: Clusters of red itchy bumps on your body could be acne, but it could also be pityrosporum folliculitis. Acne can be treated with any of the over the counter benzoyl peroxide washes. If you are not improving, you may need to see a dermatologist for a prescription anti fungal. How long has this been going on?
Got bit by tiger mosquito, getting infected. Dark red itchy bumps around it. It was a week ago I got bit. Don't scratch at it. What to use to clear it?
Insect bite: What you are describing sounds more like an allergic reaction to the sting than to an infection. Take loratidine or cetrizine, if that doesn't help then by all means have it evaluated for a possible infection. If the redness spreads or you get a fever, see a doctor sooner rather than later.See 5 more doctor answers

Dermatographism: This is a heightened sensitivity of your skin and an allergic type reaction to something internal or external. Stimuli could be foods, medications, temperature, etc. Often the inciting cause is unknown. If you cannot get relief with antihistamines like benadryl (causes drowsiness) or claritin (nondrowsy), consult an allergist who may prescribe atarax (hydroxyzine) as well as attempt to determine the cause

Without seeing: The lesions I am not sure what they are. Any lesion that would bleed though would concern me and I would likely biopsy for definitive diagnosis and treatment. In that region I would perform a shave biopsy of one of the lesions.
