Take a medication: The rash that you describe can be due to many causes. At this point you can take an otc class b antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10mg and apply an anti-itch cream such as sarna with pramoxime (not benadryl). If no better or worsening, see you physician. ...Read more

Rash: You have to have a doctor look at it to determine if the rash is an infection and if it is contagious. Ringworm does not cause widespread rashes like this usually. ...Read more

Contact dermatitis: Sounds like a contact dermatitis reaction to bleach which is a strong irritant. A topical steroid cream will help along with an antihistamine for itching. If it continues or gets worse see a doctor for stronger medicine. Wear gloves when cleaning with bleach and dilute it with water. ...Read more
