I have tiny itchy bumps on the bottom of my foot. They are all around what used to be a blister and is now a hole in my foot with weird looking skin?
I'm not sure what: Exactly you mean by a whole in the foot...are we speaking of a bonafide ulcer? If so you should see a foot doctor or dermatologist....if its just one of the blisters erupting it sounds more along the lines of a bullous Tinea pedis or athletes foot and a topical antifungal would be a good starting point. ...Read more

What could be the cause of itchy bumps all over the body (legs, arms, neck, top and bottom of feet, sometimes face and hands) that come and go?
Itchy red bumps: The description of itchy red bumps that come and go is very much the description of hives. Hives or urticaria is very common affecting 25% of people. Sometimes there is swelling. Causes are many and unfortunately treatments available are fewer. While hives are not dangerous or contagious, the itching can be very uncomfortable. Allergist or dermatologist can assist in diagnosis and treatment. ...Read more

It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well.
