Itchy Between Breasts
Both breasts very itchy underneath, sides. And near nipples. No rash. Both a little tender. What could cause this?
Hormonal /dermatitis: I would first suspect some type of allergic dermatitis, perhaps to a new laundry detergent, or some new clothing, towels, creams, perfume, etc. Also look at hormonal changes, and possibly a side effect from medication. There are other nipple/areola conditions that need to be ruled out. ...Read more

If you're using a new soap, or clothes detergent, or fabric softener, or applying a new cologne, it could be any of those. If none of those possibilities fit, let a dermatologist examine you - you may have a subtle rash that will lead to the answer. ...Read more
Took bra off, right breast slightly larger, red streaks, areola nipple sore, sometimes burning slightly red under breast. Is this cancer? Im 51
Possibilities: I agree w the 2 other answers you received. However, direct contact with metal is not common. If the bra is worn out it could expose the underwire.
