Mild balanitis: I would say you have a mild case of balanitis - which is Inflammation of the glans penis. It has many possible causes such as physical trauma (zipper?), infection (i.e. bacteria, virus, sexually transmitted diseases, or fungus), or irritation by environmental substances such as lotions/soaps etc. Because your case is very mild, I'm not worried about you. Yes: But terbinafine may not be the most important treatment. Add a little hydrocortisone to reduce itch. Always blot any drop of urine off the tip after passing urine. Gently rinse under skin every day. Castellani solution (phenol) is very effective for phimosis. Miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole are all cheaper and more effective for this than terbinafine.
