Generalized: ARS lymphadenopathy is generalized, never localized to one area such as the submandibular area. And 7 weeks is much too long for an ARS rash, which always occurs (along with other symptoms, including lymphadenopathy) within a couple of weeks of infection. ...Read more

Rash: It sounds more likely that it is an allergic reaction to something. The fact that it is not on the palms and soles of your feet makes other bad things less likely.
