You may have: Exercise induced histamine release(one of the allergic hormones). In more severe cases you can develop exercise induced hives, so called cholinergic urticaria. Alternative, if you use specific clothing only for exercise, you could be reacting to that too. You might consider using an OTC antihistamine trial prior to exercise to see if that helps. It's difficult to: Diagnose skin conditions without a physical exam and history.
