The only sure way to diagnose is by taking a biopsy and have a pathologist examine the tissue. It would be prudent to see a doctor as it is not feasible to give a meaningful opinion without examining you.

Lump: One would want to know if it is hard and fixed or is it freely moveable. Any discharge from nipple or skin changes around lesion. Any family history of breast cancer?
