Rash: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist. The app is called VisualDX and is one of the best, if not the best out there. Many clinicians, including myself, use it. Just snap a photo and it gives you a list of possible diagnoses. Good luck! ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
Bumps on penis: The bumps may be ingrown hairs, pimples, or warts, part of this may also be due to an std or fungus. So, it may be minor or a bit more involved. In any case your doc can determine what it is and treat it. Dark damp places can make all of this worse. The very best to you. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
You may need testing: Given your description, you may have an STD. I would recommend that you see your primary care physician as soon as you can so you can be tested for a number of common STD's, such as herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and others. For now, I would strongly advise abstaining from any intercourse so as not to spread any potential infection you may have. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Probably okay...: Probably not serious at all. Clinically, they may be just some hyperplastic hair follicles and sebaceous glands, which are common and no harm. If you are a regular hair shaver, stop it and thinly apply topical steroid cream to ease itching. More doubt? See doc timely. Best wish... ...Read more
I am experiencing thigh rash and painless fleshy genital bumps. The rash looks like jock itch but my penis has little bumps on the shaft.
Molluscum?: This is suspicious for molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection. "Jock itch" appearance doesn't fit well, but "fleshy bumps" is suspicious, especially if shiny pink and some have dimples in the center. (Google for photos.) At age 22, most genital area MC is sexually acquired. It's a minor problem, never serious. See doc for diagnosis and treatment, and perhaps tests for other STDs. ...Read more

Rash: It sounds like you are being exposed to something you are allergic to. Try to find out the trigger. In the meantime, avoid popping them and apply Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or a mild hydrocortisone cream. See your doctor for confirmation. It is difficult to diagnose this with certainty over the Internet. All the best and I hope it resolves. ...Read more
Two small bumps on virgina itching excess cream/clear discharge rash and stinging. herpes or hpv?
Possibly herpes...: ..although more typically it causes a small ulcer(s) or open sore(s) rather than a bump. Stinging is certainly often present along with itching. Discharge +/-. HPV most often causes NO symptoms initially but may evolve into warts after a considerable amount of time. Your bumps may be vulvar cysts. The only way to know is to see you Doctor/OB/GYN for evaluation and necessary testing. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Do they go away?: If these bumps go away in the next few days, it is likely that they are from the friction of intercourse and are NOT dangerous. If they are blisters (water-filled), wart-like, bleed, hurt, or persist, please see your doctor as they could be something that requires treatment, such as a sexually transmitted disease, or other illness. Good health! ...Read more

May be fungus/yeast: It is very difficult to diagnose any kind of rash in genital area without looking at it. My guess is that it is a fungus or yeast infection. Try any antifungal like Monistat-derm. Follow the directions of using it properly and if not better in a week, see a Dermatologist if you can or see a family doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
An unwanted itch: I will assume that you mean an itch inside the urethra....Correct? This could be caused by the acidity of the semen; it could be a reaction to any lubricant you used. Without more detail it may be hard to anticipate if this is a post exposure itch from a previous sexual encounter. But, if you are on your own then there is nothing to really worry about. ...Read more
