Hives? Rash? It keeps spreading it starts as a red area then a welt appears and it itches and burns/stings on legs arms lower back and lower abdomen

Dr, I have severe itching in leg with red rashes for last two days & reduces on Avil tab.. 'm on warf 6mg & HCQ 400. Is it medicine's allergy?
Probably not: but you need to talk to your doctor about this issue. Warfarin rash tends to induce huge bruises and likely more generalized than confined to the legs. However it is possible that this may be from HCQ especially if it had been introduced within the past month or so. If problem persists, you may need to see a dermatologist. Need more history: in that the above information is insufficient to make a specific diagnosis. How much sun exposure? Is son fair or olive skin? One joint or multiple? Injury or none? Leg itching: Don't know how long it's been going on. Did you change your soaps or laundry detergent? Are you taking any medication by mouth? Do you have any pets? Does it itch all the time? I would have to know some of these answers. Meanwhile use either dove or cetaphil washes, change your laundry detergent to all free & clear, and apply a hydrocortione cream.
