Trial and error.: There are a number of meds out there for seasonal allergies. There's otc allegra, zyrtek and Claritin (and their generics). These are non-sedating antihistamines. They're good, but not as good as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) - which is sedating. Eye drops like naphcon help for itchy eyes, and intranasal steroids like Nasonex are for runny nose. Too dry in room?: Is there alot of heat in your toom that is drying the air out. If so, you want to get a humidifier. If you do not itch during the day, it is probably not allergies.
