I have a bump on my penis, i only itch at night when i'm trying to sleep, and on occasion during the day. What is it? Its small and looks like a zit, i pop it and it bleeds but itches less then.

Herpes, folliculitis: Not enough information. Genital herpes is a consideration, but unlikely unless it started as red bumps then clear fluid blisters that then turned to pus. Maybe folliculitis. Dermatitis or allergic reaction of some sort. Yeast/fungal infection. Not knowing the cause, no way to recommend treatment. See a doctor or clinic.
