Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Nothing wrong: There is no concern about any of the ingredients you mention. Am not sure whether to say it is "good" since other unprocessed foods are probably as good. It is an interesting combination of ingredients. I presume you did some research before choosing them?
