No, they're not: More people should have concerns about side effects of medications, no matter what the medicine. Only then can you make an informed decision about using it vs. not. Your med works fantastic against acne. But yes, there are potential serious side effects. Properly monitored by a good dermatologist, med can be stopped if these occur before permanent damage.
