Supplement only.: It's not harmful as long as you use it as a supplement only. Don't use that as a meal replacement, like for breakfast or lunch. I had gastric bypass surgery on march 5. Im using isopure protein which is clear wheyprotein. I have had watery diarrhea since 2nd day after surgery. Common after rny surgery or protein related?
