I do urinate in small amounts but I drink a good amount of water because I walk a lot and participate in Zumba.
Worry about hydratio: if you are worried about hydration check your urine in the bowl. If concentrated urine goes to bottom with clear water on top you are dehydrated. You got to increase amount of water intake. If you end up with uniform urine with no clear water top you are hydrated well. Hope it answers your question ...Read more
