There was a single report of a woman developing osteoporosis & low potassium after drinking 8 ounces a day for 6 years, but it is not known if that was the cause & I do not advise taking so much. Nope: Vinegar will not cure trichomonas. You need an antibiotic called metronidazole. Discuss with your obstetrician. There are no effective "natural" treatments and vinegar will not work. NEVER douche with anything, especially when pregnant. Very unhealthy, even dangerous. Don't do it. Get tested for other STDs: gonorrhea and chlamydia are common in women with trichomonas. ...Read more
