Gonorrhea: Unusual but conceivable. Women can be long term asymptomatic carriers of neisseria gonorrheae, and have acute infection reactivated by a variety of mechanisms. You may have gotten infected more recently (do not know your sexual history), or perhaps the diagnosis was incorrect (would need more info and records). Oh Gosh!: That sounds worrisome. With that kind of discharge I would be very worried about an STD. I would see your doctor and get tested! I'd be most worried about gonorrhea, chlamydia and especially trichomoniasis. ...Read more
