Not sure that's true: Everything needs to be done in moderation. So drinking two or 3 cups of organic green tea a day is not a problem. Some brown teas may have more caffeine, as they are fermented tea leaves. However as a rule, the green teas post no health risks. So better to drink tea, then too much coffee!
