No risk. STD?: Yeast is not usually transmitted sexually to partners. White coated tongue usually isn't yeast. Also, if you had a vaginal yeast infection, you can't transmit it by performaing oral sex. Are you sure you had a vaginal yeast infection? Professionally diagnosed? It is amazing how different people's tongues can look at various times. Frequently what you eat and drink can affect how your tongue looks.
