Seems unlikely: Hi. Was your thyroid cancer treated (surgery, radioactive iodine, TSH suppression)? What is your thyroglobulin (stimulated, and with TSH suppressed)? Not clear where your pain is; is it in the neck? Can you feel a mass? I think I can pretty well guarantee you that vomiting blood and having bloody stool have nothing to do with thyroid cancer.
