Probably Hemorrhoid: Cancer is very unlikely. If you have a history of constipation, you may have developed a hemorrhoid. Generally, people will notice a speck (or sometimes more) of bright red blood on the toilet paper after a hard bowel movement. Unlikely: In a female of your young age colon cancer would very unlikely unless there are genetic causes the colonoscopy is more sensitive than a ct scan in finding early polyps and cancer polyps can be missed by the doctor if the procedure is not thorough or done by an experienced operator common causes of blood if on surface of stool or in the bowl are hemorrhoids or anal causes. ...Read more

Seems unlikely: Hi. Was your thyroid cancer treated (surgery, radioactive iodine, TSH suppression)? What is your thyroglobulin (stimulated, and with TSH suppressed)? Not clear where your pain is; is it in the neck? Can you feel a mass? I think I can pretty well guarantee you that vomiting blood and having bloody stool have nothing to do with thyroid cancer. See your doc about the bloody vomit & stool & neck pain. ...Read more
