Increase fiber: Constipation is common during pregnancy. Hormonal changes, mainly increase in progesterone, causes relaxation of the intestines leading to constipation. C an allergist: 25 years an allergist, nvr seen honey allergy. Allergy to an allergist means a specific immune reaction. Does lbp mean "low blood pressure"? Certainly anaphylaxis is associated with low blood pressure, but I would think you'd volunteer more details. U can't with a low: If you have a low blood sugar in the middle of the night, you have to treat it. That would put a kink in morning fasting labs. My concern would be to prevent the lows; you shouldn't have to feed your diabetes to get thru the night. The problem is to sort out why you're having overnight lows and prevent them. The : The answer depends on your goal. If you are trying to lose weight then you should eat about 1500 calories a day and do your normal exercise routine (do not add an extra 700 calories). Ithis can also vary depending on your current weight. If you are trying to maintain your weight then you can eat about 2000 cal per day and continue your work out routine. However if after your work out you feel hungry or lightheaded then you should go ahead and eat something. A piece of fruit or high protein snack is a good idea.
