Seems unlikely: Ovarian cancer would not be my first thought in someone with urinary urgency. Overactive bladder and interstitial cystitis are common causes. 32 yo- periods nml 7 days & heavy. Last 2 were light and 3-5 days. Preg neg- pelvic exam & pap 1 mo ago nml. CT of ab &pelvis nml 2 mos ago. Should I be worried? Could this be ovarian cancer or uterine cancer? What should I do?
See below: Being obsessed about cancer is not helpful. Take oral iron and vitamins to prevent anemia from heavy periods. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
