Is There Any Way To Have A Facelift Naturally Without Surgery
Not the same: There are many procedures besides facelift for making a face look naturally rested and younger. However, none of these procedures are as powerful a tool as facelift in the rejuvenation of the brow, cheek, jowl and neck. Facial fillers, fat transfers, botox, eyelid surgery, resurfacing lasers, and facial implants are all effective treatments, but work best when combined with the facelift procedure. ...Read moreSee 10 more doctor answers

I want my chin to be like michael jacksons, wide and square. Can I get a chin enhancement surgery or facelift?
Definitely!: Facelifts (not mini-facelifts) usually include lifting the neck so as to tighten and smooth neck muscle and skin. Prominent "cords" (platysma muscle edges) in the front of the neck can be addressed during a facelift, as well. More difficult to treat are transverse neck creases. ...Read moreSee 12 more doctor answers

Is it safe to get a radiofrequency treatment after a facelift surgery? Is it going to damage or ruin the surgery?
Md writes that ultherapy treats the same foundation layer that facelift surgery does without the risk, recovery & downtime. True? New gold standard?
I'm sorry, not true!: I am not sure who wrote that but I am sure it is someone who owns and is paying the lease on an ultherapy machine. This is not a substitute for a facelift, most current facelift techniques treat the deeper layers of thef face called the smas. Ultherapy is unlikely to truly tighten the smas. It may supplement the results but is far different in results from a facelift. ...Read moreSee 7 more doctor answers

Arnica, although controversial has been suggested to lessen swelling and bruising after a facelift. Is it too late to start the tablets and/ or gel at 72 hours post surgery?
Arnica best before: While the evidence is not very convincing, arnica (an herbal homeopathic product) may help with swelling and bruising from surgery. It seems to work best if started before surgery or right after, so at 3 days it probably won't do a lot of good. On the other hand, it is inexpensive and probably low risk. Be sure to talk to your plastic surgeon before starting any medications or supplements though. ...Read moreSee 8 more doctor answers

Did a mini. Facelift surgery on the 9th June, can I use vitamin e oil, by the ears, and under and above the eyes?
Ask your surgeon: For my patients, if there incisions were healed and there were no complications I would start them on a scar regimen. If they approached me about wanting to try Vitamin E I would be ok with that. There are no good studies to show a solid benefit of any products not the market except for maybe silicone gel and sheets. The biggest thing is to ask your surgeon, because each case is a little different ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
