Why not clonazepam: Later in the day, closer to bedtime? Especially if you are sleepy in the daytime? Clonazepam is a good sedative, more potent than valerian root. Stop the wine: Antidepressants and alcohol don't necessarily have danderous interactions, but the amount you're drinking could be contributing to the depression by itself.
