Not possible: Hemorrhoid tissue is a normal part of our anatomy found at the very end of the rectum/anus. It would be impossible for them to be related to abdominal pain. Now constipation can cause abdominal discomfort and straining can cause the hemorrhoids to flare up. Most important thing to prevent constipation and therefore hemorrhoid flare ups is adequate fluid and fiber in your diet. ...Read more

Need colonoscopy : The possibilities include inflammatory bowel disease, endometriosis, diverticular disease and something related to the tumor to name a few. Sounds like you need a colonoscopy.
