See a Dermatologist.: Psoriasis may benefit from an steroid containing lotion/solution x scalp.. Ringworm will require antifungals ( against tinea) these too are very difficult to cure and i believe there is no good treatment over the counter. Nizoral shampoo is good for dandruff and tinea versicolor but i doubt will cure psoriasis or ringworm. Best option is to see a dermatologist or a pcp who has been successful ...Read more

Sorry, but i've been doing this for 30 years and have yet to see an otc product work, other than skin cap, which turned out to have an illegal steroid in it.
