My glucose level is 73 but my hba1c is 7.8 am i diabetic? And what is the fastest way to decrease hba1c due to work requirement. Any food suggestions?

Impossible: Since the a1c measures your average glucose level over the past three months, it is impossible to lower it in that short a time. However, it is important to begin now to lower your value toward normal and then keep it there forever. 8.3 is too high and can shorten your life. ...Read more
