Dehydration?: Diuertics lower blood pressure by removing salt and water fro the body. It can cause a significant drop in blood pressure and if too low can cause dizzyness. Be patient-will need to work up to 45-90 mins aerobic exercise 4-5 d/wk to see wt loss & appetite regulation. Consider wt training &/or cross training too.
