Is There A Way To Make Tired Eyes Feel Less Tired Without Sleeping
I've had an eye twitch for over a month now. Same eye. Not much info online besides tiredness I get a decent night sleep every night. What can cause?
Yes: If the fatigue come from constant near focusing, try the 20/20 rule: look up at something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. I've been really tired for the last few months, i've gotten bags under my eyes. My sleep schedule has not change from before so what could it be?
Bags under eyes: Dark bags under eyes are often due to: fluid from thin blood vessels under eyes. This can be due to genetics (got it from mom or dad), excess rubbing (shiners), allergies, excess salt; be sure kidney function is normal. Cold ice packs might help decrease bags by constricting blood vessels. See an eyemd if no improvement. Some patients need to have excess skin removed. Eyedoc2020.Blogspot.Com. ...Read more

They only look it: What we see as tired eyes are often "puffy" eyelids that have dark circles under them. This can be the way your eyelids naturally look, or they could slowly take on this appearance over time. Excess eyelid skin, especially on the upper eyelids, can make the eyes appear more closed. There may be treatment options for this, so if it bothers you, consider meeting with an eye doctor to discuss it. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Leaky blood vessels: The dark, heavy look to eyelids, especially lower eyelids, is often caused by collections of blood vessels. These vessels can be a little "leaky", causing fluid to collect under the skin, which in turn gives the dark circle appearance. After years, some individuals also develop increased pigmentation, which enhances the appearance. If this is a new appearance, see an eye doctor for an evaluation. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
