Even if a certain part of the intestine's response to infection is to make diarrhea more likely, it's not that simple. Bacterial toxins and infection also contribute.

If I don't go to toilet for poo because out or staying at house which toilet close to rooms does cause constipation I'm take Fybogel to soften poo?
It contributes: Ignoring the urge to have a BM may contribute to constipation. It may alter or eliminate that natural urge to defecate. Every person in the world has to "poo", & we all know there is an odor. Please do not ignore the urge to go when you have it, even if you are not in a convenient or ideal place. Add dietary fiber (bran, whole wheat, brown rice), water, exercise; better than Fybogel. ...Read more

No: Bedtime is a really common time for one to experience palpitations as you are typically relaxed and not distracted. I take a natures made multivitamin that contains soy lithium and soybean oil. Will this cause ED and infertility in men?
Unlikely: I know of no evidence for such a causal relationship. The amount of soy in a multivitamin is unlikely to cause either ED or infertility. You: You are right in that pain medication can cause constipation. Dulcolax is a good idea though it can take a while to work. Things you can do for constipation include drinking more fluids, walking, and increasing fiber. You can also try purchasing glycerin suppositories. To use, gently insert one suppository as instructed and try to hold it in for as long as you can, at least 10 minutes. Use these twice a day until resolved. However, if you develop abdominal pain, fever, or vomiting, it could be something besides constipation so if those occur you would have to see a physician. ...Read more
