I however is not very certain that normal-high sugar in diet is indeed associated with headache despite some anecdotal reports we all sometimes may encounter. Pill for acne?: Do you have a prescription antibiotic? Which one? Dose? How long? Did you not see a DR for the acne med????? That may have caused increased population of yeast in genital area, resulting in itch. NOT caused by "lack of water". Best to see same DR who gave you the med. Meanwhile you can try OTC azole cream such as clotrimazole or miconazole. These are safe and cost about $5. ...Read more

What's your question: You may be describing migraines w/scotoma. Low energy may be related to frequent headaches which may also cause dizzy feeling. There are many B vitamins so need to be more specific as to which is low. Good news is that it's very easy to replenish vitamin B & D (no need for shots).
