Ten years of back pain troubles caused ddd and spinal stenosis, seems to be lumbar spondylitis related. Tried 1 celebrex 200mg and helps! any advice?

Believe it or not...: Movement. without weight bearing. And improving your flexibility. An exercise program that includes yoga and or swimming may be the best answer without going to "Medications".
