Is The Ashwagandha Herb Good For Panic Attacks
Does ashwagandha work for panic attacks? Used daily? Can it be used while taking sertraline, or during weening off sert?
No: Ashwagandha is a common herb in ayurvedic medicine. It has a variety of uses -- much to do with adapting to stress. Some use it for anti-anxiety properties, but it does not have research supporting any prevention of panic attacks. There are no conflicts between it and sertraline -- but there could be with benzos. Trying to discount the beneficial effects of many herbal remedies however, my opinion only, you are taking far too many of these preparations and seem to be on mostly PSYCHO-ACTIVE drugs ...a frank discussion with your Primary Care Physician re: your present condition and perhaps a consultation with a PSYCHO-PHARMACOLOGIST is indicated!
Hope this is helpful

I'm am on remron 45 mg and xaxex 2mg is this a good combination for panic attacks I mean I see calm just wondering?
Sedating : This may be an okay combination depending on your specific condition. There is no significant drug-drug interaction. But both can be sedating, cause somnolence and lead to impaired cognition. My concern is that at 21 you're taking 2 mg of xanax (alprazolam) and your profile also indicates klonipin. This need more in debt analysis than can be provided here. See your doctor for further evaluation. ...Read more
