Im 19 male and taking tbomb a testosterone optimizer will that cause infertility. It is only a optimizer?

Im 19 male and taking tbomb a testosterone optimizer will that cause infertility. It is only a optimizer?

Hard to say: I looked up the ingredients. Here's two main problems I have with what you're doing. First of all at 19, your t level is probably the highest it will ever be naturally. Why mess with it? Secondly, that product says proprietary blend of (bunch of herbs). It doesn't break down the dosages of each, I have no idea how much tribillus is in there vs others. ...Read more

I have a low testosterone count. Am I infertile so no need to worry?

Not necessarily: Sorry to be vague but too many variables. For instance, how low is low? And why is testosterone low? Damage to testes could certainly decrease both t & sperm production but unless you don't produce any at all, you only need one to get someone pregnant. If testes are fine, then may pituitary issue could maintain fsh while dropping lh, so still make sperm w/o t. Bigger question is worry about what? ...Read more

Do very low free testosterone levels (below 100) usually go along with infertility in a male?

Depends . . .: It's possible to have issues w/enough lh or leydig cells such that testosterone is low yet fsh ; sertoli cells are fine so no fertility issues. However, taking testosterone in any shape or form will essentially render you infertile as it will shut down your fsh and thus sperm production. If you need to boost your t and maintain fertility, consider off-label hcg, Clomiphene or tamoxifen. Good luck! ...Read more

What is the best testosterone therapy plan if you don't want to suffer infertility but need to raise your levels (313 currently)?

Testosterone: Since a t level of 313 is close to normal, i would not use supplimental testosterone if you are concerned with fertility right now. Testosterone may well decrease sperm production. ...Read more
