Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?

Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?

Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

Fish oils lower triglycerides, and are indicated to do so, so as to prevent pancreatitis , however no studies support this recommendation. At low dose they may have cardiovascular benefits, but recent data is less compelling than older data. ...Read more

I don't take prenatal-1st trimester. Is omega fish oil 800EPA/500DHA safe to take? 1 tablespoon?

Yes, but...: One should choose a fish oil supplement wisely as some brands are much better than others- make sure it's been purified to remove toxins & is in the "true triglyceride" form. My favorites are Nordic Naturals and OmegaAvail by Designs for Health. See http://tinyurl.com/75mawjt for a good article. I am not sure why you are not taking a prenatal.
