Please elaborate: I'm not sure what you are asking. Both flax seeds and yogurt are safe but I would not go on a diet that was only those as you would be missing dozens of important nutrients. Choose organic yogurt, best unsweetened and with fresh organic berries. But the bet diet is not a crash diet but long-term changes in diet that you can sustain. Listen to your body: If fish oil makes your period too heavy don't take during your period or shortlly before. If you have dry skin it may help relieve it. Be sure to take vit e as well. If you have a tendency to bi-polar disorder its ability to inhibit interleukin-6 may be helpful to you. If you burp it up and it doesn't make you feel good it may be rancid and not good for you. ...Read more
