Charcoal & suboxone?: Charcoal caps are adsorbent - meaning that other particles adhere to it's large surface area. Because charcoal is not digested, anything adhering to it, would also not be digested, and simply be eliminated in a bowel movement. However, this will not "rid ur system" of anything that has already been digested, or is already in your blood stream. As suboxone is taken SL, charcoal won't affect levels. ...Read more

A few: You need to continue your program wherever you are and start tapering. You need an "expert" to guide you. You'll be "ready" when you DECIDE to be ready. It may be uncomfortable, or downright painful at times but that's what being alive requires, experiencing what you have to experience. Yes.: Hi conni, yes narcotics will work just fine. You may need a little more than a regular person, but if you've been off of them for a while, it will be the same as for the opiod naive person. Make sure you use IV opiods sparingly in the hospital and go to oral meds as soon as possible. ...Read more
