Easy: Get your sleep, about 7 hours per night. Yes, the temptation will be to stay up late because you think it's a sign of productivity. The reality is that taxing your sleep will make learning much less efficient- established fact! Better to go to sleep early and wake up extra early. Also routine exercise is huge to oxygenate the brain and staying away from junk food eg eat plenty of veggies and fruits.
