Best tips for waking up early? I've been working on getting up earlier in the morning, but i'm usually too tired to get out of bed.
I have been staying up really late this week for school, drinking coffee. Extremely tired today, urination 1every hour. Is this from the cofee last ni?
Why is it that when I stay up late I end up sleeping for like 10-12 hrs when normally I only need 8hrs? I get a headache for sleeping late too.
