So lucky!: Consider yourself blessed that morning sickness stopped! If you saw the babies on ultrasound with heartbeats just a few days ago, I wouldn't be worried. Try avoiding spicy and fatty/fried foods or chocolate/tomatoes, consider taking Reglan (metoclopramide) 10 mg with each meal (up to 4 times daily), along with prilosec/nexium/prevacid/aciphex and talk to your obstetrician.
