A grinding/ clenching mouthpiece that is a bit thicker and softer than a bleaching tray would be recommended. Don't do it!: Your question maybe makes me sadder than any other one here. Bleach will burn, damage and maybe even scar your skin. It will do nothing to reduce the amount of melanin in your skin or make your skin lighter.
