Is sheep placenta capsule good for woman who is going to have baby?

Anything to get ur $: There is no reason in the world to take a supplement of sheep placenta. None. Other than to transfer money from you to someone who's come up with a good story why you should take it. Spend your money on something that is more useful or enjoyable or save it for your child's education. And take generic Folic Acid every day while you're trying to get pregnant! Read more

Is sheep placenta good for people with eczema?

Is sheep placenta good for people with eczema?

No: It's not an acceptable or effective treatment for eczema, whether applied to the skin or taken internally. Also, it's possible for the sheep placenta to carry diseases. Eczema is best managed by using a sensitive skin cleanser, avoiding bathing in very hot water, and using a sensitive skin lotion at least 3 times daily, even when the rash isn't there. If this doesn't help enough, please see dr. Read more

When should I consume sheep placenta capsules twice a day. Once when I wake up in the morning or after breakfast and before dinner or before sleep?

Not recommended: Your stomach breaks down all proteins into basic amino acids and its hard to ascertain the benefits of eating placenta but it does expose you to pathogens I would not recommend it although a small percentage of people do partake in this tradition best wishes dr M Read more

12.3 weeks scan today with twins but placenta's are not fully delopved until now? What could be the reason? Is it normal? Babies growth is fine.

Normal placenta: Placentas do not begin their development normally until 10 or more weeks gestation as the corpus luteum of the ovary provides all the needed progesterone to sustain the developing fetus through the first trimester. Read more

I had a miscarriage because my babies were in the same sac I only pass 1 placenta can I have a healthy baby getting pregnant 4 months time?

Yes: Did the babies die in utero and the labor follows? Even though it was a monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy (same sac, one placenta), miscarriage of a viable pregnancy is uncommon. This type of pregnancy is at increase risk for intrauterine fetal death not miscarriage at 18 weeks. Usually, Steroids are administered early for fetal lung maturity and delivery by C-section at about 32 weeks. Read more

My twin babies died in me for 3 weeks and I gave birth, they were in the same sac and I pass only 1 placenta, is it ok to get pregnant 4 months after?

My twin babies died in me for 3 weeks and I gave birth, they were in the same sac and I pass only 1 placenta, is it ok to get pregnant 4 months after?

Monoamnionic twins: Of all "identical" twins, the rarest and most dangerous of all have monoamnionic monochorionic placentation, meaning one amnionic sac contains both, nourished from a single placenta, detectible by 9-10 weeks. These twins hardly ever survive because no membrane separates their cords, so the normal movement will eventually wind up twisting the two cords around each other until strangulation occurs Read more

Baby girl born today via csectn. Placenta looked unhealthy but baby in overall good health. What should be worried about? Baby OK?

Okay: Without more specifics about the placenta I can't really say. The placenta generally looks strange, like a dark blob of jelly. As long as the baby is eating active and having bowels movements Read more

Am 18wks pregnant, did my second us, they said that my baby's weight dropped from the 20th percentile to the 7th. Placenta is good. Is that dangerous?

Am 18wks pregnant, did my second us, they said that my baby's weight dropped from the 20th percentile to the 7th. Placenta is good. Is that dangerous?

What did they tell: U? The 7th percentile if you have accurate dates is very worrisome for iugr or worse and I assume you have another us set up in a few weeks as the fetal anatomy needs to be checked closely and if you are really at the 7th %, you need to be having everything explained at length to you by them and what the plan will; be if the growth continues to drop, good luck but you really need to ask your doc. Too complex: Your question is quite complex with limited information provided in the format on healthtap. I recommend you make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your concerns, as they have your entire record in front of them. An answer on healthtap will necessarily be limited because we don't have your full prenatal record. Don't sit at home worrying, make an appointment, address your fears/concerns. Read more

I'm 32 weeks pregnant all US have been good but im smoking im gonna quit this week will my baby be ok and will the placenta still be healthy? Plz answe

Quit now: Quit as soon as you can. You and your baby will be healthier for it. As for effects on the baby you have been smoking for 32 weeks, and that puts you at risk for preterm labor. You can quit. It will be hard but worth it. Read more

Without the image..: It's hard to know what you are describing without the image, but it sounds like a placental chorioangioma, which is usually a benign finding. Google that, and look at "images" to see how it compares to what you've got. By the way, the small circle is the yolk sac. Read more

Apregnant woman who spend 9 months with the extra 2weeks and 2 days. The last ultrasound show that the placenta is okay hb 9.5 is there any problem?

2 weeks past duedate: I'm not 100% sure I understand your question. But if you are stating that you are two weeks past your due date, the general recommendation is to be delivered. There is an increased risk of adverse outcomes continuing a pregnancy past 42 weeks gestation. Read more

Could a woman be pregnant and not know it at 28 weeks and have complete placenta previa?

Could a woman be pregnant and not know it at 28 weeks and have complete placenta previa?

Unusual: It is hard to believe but it still happens, occasionally, patients come to labor and delivery without any prenatal care or any knowledge of pregnancy and deliver a term fetus. I guess if the person does not know she is pregnant, but realizes this only at 28 weeks after an ultrasound, this can show placenta previa, though commonly patients with placenta previa have some variable amount of bleeding. I'm 2 weeks pregnant and I've been taking sheep placenta for the past 3 weeks on and off without knowing. Should I be worry? Will it effect the baby?

WhAT?: I am not famiiar with sheep placenta, but suppose it is probably rich in protein and nutrients... I don't know what was in this, but overall, this is not likely to effect the outcome of the pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks. Need to know what you took exactly to assess. Read more

Do many woman die from placenta previa? I have a complete previa and am terrified I will die during surgery!

Do many woman die from placenta previa? I have a complete previa and am terrified I will die during surgery!

<1% risk of death.: If you have never had a D&C nor c-section before, your risk of placenta previa/accreta is <1%, as is your risk of dying during such delivery in the us (i.e. With modern care at a tertiary hospital with expert surgeons and a large blood bank). If you have had a D&C or c-section, the prognosis is much poorer, with up to 7% risk of death from previa accreta even with the best of care. Read more
