On the question I ask earlier about fibromyalgia I do have pain in every spot mentioned except butt, knees and hips.?
Not everything hurts: To have fibromyalgia does not mean everything hurts although pain is usually wide spread. What is required is that pain be felt primarily in non-bone, non-joint structures (i.e., muscles, tendons, ligaments, soft tissues, skin, fascia). Pain is usually present on both sides and both above and below the waist. ...Read more

But remember: occasionally, some so-called natural products may secretly mix and adulterate some prescribed ingredients to pump up its claimed effects because such products are not fda-regulated.

Is vitamin C with rose hips really better than regular vitamin c? And is it possible to take too much vitamin c?
I take Chewable Vitamin C with Rose Hips 500mg tablets. I'm assuming its 500mg a tablet? My main question is... Is it bad 2 take more than 2 at a time?
Vitamin C: Taking 1000mg will not be problematic relative to 500 mg but it would probably be more effective to take one 500mg tablet in the morning and the other at night. Your body's capacity for absorbing vitamin c is limited and once exceeded the balance is excreted and therefore wasted. Consider dosing twice a day rather all at once. ...Read more
Basic biology: Most fresh vegetables and fruits have vitamin c. Rose hips are pulped and added to synthetic vitamin c (manufactured from petroleum) in tiny amounts to give it glamour so the manufacturers can charge an inflated price. sorry to hear about your pain. Tramadol is one of the medications that is prescribed for treatment of chronic pain. It has been used in fibromyalgia and can be successful in some individuals. Tramadol does work with central nervous system, it is considered a "weak opioid", so from that stand point you are getting some central nervous system " coverage". Tramadol is not the only medication that can be tried. There are other ones, such as lyrica, cymbalta, savella (milnacipran) etc that have been utilized in management of this condition. Those medications may or may not be covered by your insurance. Chronic pain is an extremely difficult thing to deal with. It is important to allow some time for medication to stay in your system before you decide that it may bot be working for you.

Trying to miscarry?: Abortion medicine is by prescription, so a woman goes to her Ob-Gyn doctor (or a women's clinic) to be evaluated for it. I have fibromyalgia and sogrens and now bursitis in the hip, tendonitis in the shoulder. Does anyone see a benefit in buying a sleep number bed?
Treat the fibromyalg: I suspect a lot of this is fibromyalgia. It is made worse by poor sleep, poor exercise, and poor control of the stress and psychiatric issues you need to treat all of these issues. The sleep number bed may help the sleep, but it may be a benefit to get a sleep evaluation to see if there is any other process occurring. If there is it may not be necessary to get the sleep number bed. Issues to be certain all of the reasons you have fibromyalgia are being treated. ...Read more

Strain: Muscle strain is likely and requires rest. Intermittent cold applications for 48 hours followed by warm applications.
