Poly pharmacy should: Be carefully monitored by your prescribing physician in this case best if it is a psychiatrist. The seroquel in combination with gaba can cause increased CNS depression or sleepiness. Changing to requip would add risk of hypotension. RLS THERAPY: RLS is a tough condition to treat, get a copy of report and consult sleep specialist. Iron and Magnesium supplements can be very effective. That Depends: Requip (ropinirole) is not a cure nor will it lessen the progression (or I'm unaware of such evidence)....however it's benefit on symptoms of a movement disorder may be present as long as you take the medication, possibly many years.
