Dreamer712 disease!: Just kidding. Weakness in legs suggests musculoskeletal system and shouldnt have any direct connection with blood rushing thru arms, i.e circulatory system. If you havent had a physical recently, this would be a good reason to request one, to get an exam and labs as needed and to get treated as indicated.
