Does adding 1cap lemon juice per 12 oz h20 make my h2o a diuretic/hinder weightloss? I Hate h2o but try to drink 200ounces/day. Lemon helps taste.
No, and too much H2O: Adding a cap of lemon juice to a bottle or a big cup of water will not change anything in the body (compared to drinking the water without the lemon juice). Also, 200 ounces of water a day is too much water. That 200 ounces is over 1.5 gallons... more than any normal person would need.
