I just dyed my hair red and it got all over my skin and it felt like it went in my ears and up my nose when I was rinsing it is this dangerous?

Irritation: A single exposure like this and if the amounts of dye in the nose were minimal, there should not be any emergent danger. The most likely effects would be to the skin which can become red, itchy, develop sores, and create a burning sensation.Headache could occur from the strong chemicals in the nose.
