Okay so I've stopped spotting pink completely and im 9 days late now. What could it be? My two pregnancys I've had all my tests came out negative.

It varies: Most of normal pregnancy should not have any bleeding during early pregnancy. However, it is common to have spotting or bleeding during first few weeks of pregnancy. My girlfriend is 3 weeks into her pregmancy and is having a lot of cramping and a little spotting. Is this normal?
Common, not normal: Early in pregnancy your girlfriend's symptoms are common in many normal pregnancies. Unfortunately, these are the same symptoms of early miscarriage as well. If there is no bleeding, severe pain, and cramping resolves, this would be a good sign. Anovulation: If u haven't had a period in that long, it sounds like u didn't ovulate. In most women that would cause excess build up of the uterine lining that could result in breakthrough bleeding (the spotting).
